Full payment is required at booking. Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund with no additional fees. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Hourly service is billed in whole hours: any part of an additional hour is charged as a full hour (20 minutes over means an additional hour). Each daily booking covers 24 hours and costs 25% less than 24 hours at the vehicle’s hourly rate. Add-ons are charged separately.
1. Choose the right journey
One way (point to point) means one pickup and one final drop-off. It does not include a return journey or reserving the chauffeur while you attend an event. It is still priced using the selected vehicle’s hourly rate and minimum hours, not a per-mile fare. Round trip means travel to a destination and back, with the vehicle reserved for your outing. Multi-stop means several destinations within one reservation. For round trips and multi-stop journeys, manually choose the total hours you need, including outward travel, time between stops, waiting during your outing, and return travel. A return-pickup time is planning information; it does not replace selecting enough reservation hours. Separate journeys with a long gap or different pickup dates should be discussed with us before booking.
2. Pickup area, destinations & route estimates
Your initial pickup must be in Ohio. Choose the matching address, airport, hotel or venue from the pickup search results so the location can be identified. A destination may be outside Ohio; longer or complex trips may need individual review. Include the exact entrance, terminal or meeting point in your notes when needed. Drive times and distances are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times or fixed prices. No extra traffic hour is automatically added to the estimate. For one-way hourly trips, the form initially suggests the estimated drive time rounded up to a whole hour, subject to the vehicle’s minimum. You can review your reservation before payment. Round-trip estimates do not include time spent at the destination; multi-stop estimates do not necessarily measure every stop. Allow the time you actually want to reserve. If an estimate is unavailable, do not treat the vehicle minimum as proof that the route will fit.
3. Reserved hours, waiting & overruns
Each vehicle has a minimum hourly reservation, shown when you choose it. Round-trip and multi-stop hourly reservations require you to select the duration yourself. Reserve enough time for the entire outing; the outward drive alone is not the duration of a round trip. Time is billed in whole hours, not minutes. For example, a one-hour service that runs for one hour and 20 minutes is billed as two hours. A two-hour reservation that runs for two hours and five minutes is billed as three hours. Traffic, requested stops and time spent waiting during a reserved outing can affect the time required. Extra time is not included in the amount prepaid for the original reservation. Contact us about extending your reservation; an extension is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. No complimentary airport waiting allowance or standard grace period is stated here. If timing at pickup is uncertain, ask us to confirm the arrangement before reserving. Do not assume the chauffeur can remain beyond your reserved period.
4. Daily reservations & the 25% discount
One daily reservation covers a 24-hour service period, not a calendar date ending at midnight. The daily vehicle rate is the hourly vehicle rate × 24 × 0.75. This is 25% less than purchasing 24 hours at the same hourly rate; it is equivalent to 18 hourly-rate units. Selected add-ons are additional and are not reduced by the daily discount. For multiple days, the vehicle base price is the displayed daily rate multiplied by the number of days selected. A day rate is not automatically cheaper for an eight-hour outing; compare the totals shown. Discuss long-distance routes, overnight plans and the practical chauffeur schedule with us before booking. A 24-hour pricing period does not promise that one chauffeur can drive continuously for 24 hours.
5. Price breakdown & full payment
Hourly vehicle pricing is the displayed rate multiplied by your reserved whole hours; daily pricing is the displayed day rate multiplied by your selected days. Optional add-ons selected in the form are listed separately. Review the vehicle, units, add-ons and total due before paying. Amounts are shown in US dollars. Full payment (100%) of the priced reservation is required at booking. This is not a 50% deposit, and there is no scheduled day-of balance for the original prepaid reservation. Extra time or agreed changes can create an additional amount due. Do not assume gratuity, tolls, parking, airport fees or other route-specific costs are included unless identified in your price or confirmed with us. We do not state a separate mandatory fee for those items here; request clarification for your itinerary before paying. A payment is complete only when the payment provider verifies it. Opening checkout or submitting trip details does not itself prove payment. If checkout fails or remains incomplete, check your payment status with us before submitting another payment. Never email your card details.
6. Custom quotes & itinerary assistance
If a price is not available, your submission is a quote request rather than a paid reservation. We aim to respond with a custom quote within 24 hours. No payment is collected for an unpriced request, and submitting it does not guarantee a vehicle or confirm the journey. Review the agreed itinerary and full price before completing payment. Itinerary assistance helps plan transportation, stops and timing. It does not automatically book flights, hotels, restaurants, event tickets or other third-party services. Tell us about complex routes, several pickup dates, special access needs or other requirements so we can confirm what is possible.
7. Cancellation notice & refund examples
Use the booking and cancellation policy above for the refund rules applicable to your reservation. The notice period is measured against your scheduled pickup time, not the date you paid. Exactly 24 hours before pickup falls within the full-refund window; less than 24 hours falls within the 50%-refund window. For example, for a Friday 3:00 PM pickup, cancellation by Thursday 3:00 PM qualifies for a full refund with no additional cancellation fees. Cancellation after that cutoff receives a 50% refund. For a $400 prepaid reservation, those refunds are $400 and $200 respectively. Use the same time zone as the scheduled pickup when calculating the cutoff. Email your cancellation with the booking reference, customer name and scheduled pickup details. Keep a copy and request acknowledgment. Refund processing requires our review and payment-provider processing; no instant refund or fixed bank-posting time is promised. This page does not establish an additional no-show fee or separate no-show refund rule.
8. Changes to a paid reservation
Contact us promptly to request changes to your date, pickup time, addresses, vehicle, passenger count, stops or duration. Requested changes are not confirmed until we agree to them; they depend on availability and may change the price. Provide your booking reference and the complete revised itinerary. Do not assume moving the pickup time resets the cancellation deadline or that a change is automatically accepted. Ask us to confirm the effect on your payment and cancellation terms in writing. No standard change fee is defined here.
9. Airport pickups & scheduling
For airport transfers, provide your flight number; the booking form also accepts airline details. For an arrival pickup, the form asks for your scheduled landing time. Include the airport, terminal if known, date and exact pickup location. Tell us if your flight is international or you expect a lengthy baggage or customs process. Providing a flight number helps us coordinate your journey; it is not a guarantee of automatic flight monitoring, automatic rescheduling or unlimited free waiting. Contact us about delays, changed flight numbers or missed connections and confirm your meeting instructions. No fixed airport waiting allowance is published in these terms. Pickup and return times are planning details, not guaranteed arrival times.
10. Vehicle class, guests & luggage
Fleet vehicles are displayed as the named make/model or similar. An exact pictured vehicle is not guaranteed solely by its photo. Confirm any specific vehicle requirement before payment. Declare the number of passengers and bags accurately. The form shows each vehicle’s listed passenger and luggage limits and prevents choosing a vehicle that cannot accommodate those declared counts. Large, unusual or specialist items may not fit within a standard bag allowance. Tell us about oversized luggage, mobility equipment, child restraints, pets or other requirements before booking; do not assume equipment or accommodation is included unless confirmed.
11. Confirmation, receipts & contact details
Use an email address and phone number you can access during your journey. Review your booking reference, pickup date/time, route, selected vehicle class and payment result. Keep your confirmation and receipt, and check spam or junk folders if expected messages do not arrive. Contact us if your trip details or payment status are unclear. Calendar links, when supplied in booking emails, are a convenience. Check the date, time zone and itinerary before adding an event; changing your calendar event does not change your reservation. Do not rely on an automated three-day or day-of reminder being sent. Your confirmed itinerary remains your reference.
12. Arrangements that need written confirmation
These terms explain the established booking, pricing and cancellation rules; they do not introduce unconfirmed charges, blanket liability waivers or additional refund restrictions. For no-shows, service interruptions, extreme weather, road closures, accessibility arrangements, vehicle-specific equipment, or costs not itemized at checkout, request written clarification before committing to the journey. If you notice a conflict between your confirmation, quoted itinerary and these terms, contact us before service so the arrangement can be clarified. Keep your confirmation and any agreed amendments together.
